Standard Shipping is $5.99 for all other orders. Most orders are shipped by the US Postal Service - Priority Mail or First Class Mail. The average delivery time is 4-10 business days. In some cases, we have seen expected delivery times in 2-5 business days. Heavier packages are shipped by FedEx Ground. The average delivery time is 2-6 business days. Priority Mail - Calculated based on real-time postal rates. The average delivery time is 2-6 business days.

Note: All orders are subject to the 11 am EST cut-off time for same-day shipping, along with 1-2 business days for handling your order for shipment.

Holiday Shipping Update: Expect Delays

FED-EX

FedEx is facing increased demand despite the reduced capacity available in the global market due to the flight cancellations by passenger and cargo airlines

These situations result in network changes and temporary service adjustments for FedEx Express as outlined below. We will continue to use our logistics network to minimize service impacts to deliver the best possible service to our customers. We are experiencing delays and outages and are temporarily suspending FEX-EX money-back guarantees.

Please be advised we are not responsible for your package once it is picked up by FED-EX. We will provide tracking numbers, but we cannot assist you in tracking your package. Please go to https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html to track your order.

USPS

USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of potential holiday shipping impacts.

Priority Mail's two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to three days and four days, respectively. International shipments to Canada will go by truck, no longer by air. Expect long delays in delivery.

Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability

We will provide tracking numbers put we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. Please go to https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction for USPS tracking information and if you have an issue with your package - please contact your local post office. 

We have years of experience shipping outside of the US and thousands of international customers. Please read the international terms and conditions before ordering to avoid any unexpected problems. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the shipping weight.

USPS First-Class Package International Service - Reliable but limited tracking, 1-4 weeks estimated time for delivery. 4 lb maximum weight.
USPS Priority Mail International - Tracking Number, Estimated delivery of 10-21 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Express International - Tracking Number, Estimated delivery of 4-6 business days.
FedEx International Priority - Full Tracking, Maybe additional fees, More chance of problems with customs than postal delivery. 3-6 days estimated delivery.

International Terms and Conditions
You may be charged custom's fees, duties or taxes. These are separate from your shipping cost and are billed directly to you. YLYueLang has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. You are solely responsible for these charges.
It is also your responsibility to make sure that the supplements you order are allowed to be imported from the US. We suggest that you to contact your local customs office before placing an order to review the regulations for your particular country.

Note to our UK customers: Please be advised that orders going to the UK that is valued at over $23.00 US may be charged a VAT tax by UK customs.

Returned and Refused Shipments
If your shipment is returned to us because the supplement was banned by customs, the customer made an address error when placing the order or the package was refused by the customer, we will provide a refund on the purchase price of the product minus 10% restocking fee when we receive the package. The shipping cost will not be refunded. If the package is seized by customs and not returned to us, we will not be an ability to issue a refund.
